Responsibilities: ·        Execute and administer development program reports/scorecard for the PDS Institute. Present findings to Manager, PDS Institute and Regional Teams and develop regional action plans and progress the development of supported clinicians through the institute.·        Ensure all PDS Institute programs meet all minimum regulatory requirements and make necessary updates/communication plans as necessary.·        Administer and amend PDS Institute clinical courses in collaboration with the O&TD and other PDS support department leaders.·        Act as a resource to vendors and PDS Institute Faculty.·        Consult with subject matter experts (SMEs), PDS supported clinicians, and Regional Leaders to determine optimal learning and development strategies.·        Execute business processes that support the strategic initiatives of the PDS.·        Act as a coordinator for special projects, which may include planning and creating presentations, creating communications and organizing events.·        Analyze and distribute development program reports/executive presentations and conduct follow up communications as appropriate. Qualifications:·        Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years related experience, in lieu of degree 5+ years of experience.·        Experience in a multi-regional healthcare, retail, or dental company.Your commitment to Pacific Dental Services® is the key to our success.
